Lovely apartment right in the heart of Nardò’s old town. It had everything we needed, and the highlight was definitely enjoying breakfast on the balcony overlooking a lively piazza. Bars and restaurants are just steps away, making it easy to soak up the local vibe. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication with the host was easy and friendly throughout. It’s also a great base for exploring the southern part of Salento by car—just note that parking is available outside the old town. One thing to keep in mind: the church bells ring regularly throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to pack some earplugs.

Probably our best Airbnb experience ever, which is saying a lot. The property is immaculately maintained and the room was spacious and well-furnished. The swimming pool is pristine and a great place to swim laps or relax after a day in the Apulian countryside. Emanuele and Laura are the kindest and best hosts…and last but not least, the breakfasts they prepare and serve every morning are not to be believed…fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, breads, homemade honey and marmalades (all of the highest quality), and of course coffee made to order…the best breakfast we’ve ever had. The highest recommendation.

We had a great time at Paolo's apartment. This one has a very good location and everything can be done on foot: close to beaches, the historic center and restaurants as well as a supermarket. The accommodation is spacious with 2 beautiful bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony. Paolo welcomed us upon arrival. He was very responsive and always available when we had questions. Thanks Paolo for everything.

Cris's house is an ideal place to go to the city for both leisure and work. The atmosphere in the house is pleasant and quiet. Cris, in addition to being attentive, respects everyone's space. They strive to keep guests informed of cultural plans in the city that allow them to experience it in a much more complete way than if they were staying in other accommodations. The house has large areas (including a bathroom) and a nice terrace. I have been here for 10 days and in none of them have I seen dirt or misuse of the common areas, thanks to the fact that they are very attentive to respecting everyone's needs. As for the location of the house, it is 20 minutes from the center on foot, it is safe, it has shops and cafes nearby, as well as bus stops to other points of the city. I must add that it is less than a minute from the best pizzeria in Lecce! In August I'll be back in the city and I'm thinking of staying again to repeat the experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Cris’s apartment. Cris was really helpful in suggesting local eateries, events and activities in Lecce (so you won’t be short of things to do). The space is clean, airy and bright. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and the train station. Plus, everything you need is nearby: bus stops, eateries, shops, supermarkets, etc. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lecce!

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

Cris is a perfect host. He and his house are welcoming and available, there is an organization and an idea of hospitality that I fully shared. Cris is available but never intrusive. He is generous in his advice and in pointing out the proposals of the city events, elastic and at the same time rigorous on the ethical behaviors necessary for a healthy and correct cohabitation. Highly recommended.

We would have liked to leave more STARS. Cleanliness, organization, availability, familiarity, customer care. The house has a large garden where you can relax with your children thanks to the presence of games for the little ones. There are also gym equipment. I am super happy and grateful to have found and stayed at Chris' hostel. He makes sure the environment is kept peaceful, quiet, clean, tidy and friendly. He's always friendly, polite and responds promptly to messages and questions. He also keeps us well informed about local events and, as if all that wasn't enough, quite often he woud surprise us with a few home made typical Italian treats (sweet breads, deserts, etc.) Whatever good things he can share, he will. I also met very nice people there, as his place seems to attract friendly, easy going and respectful guests. The price is excellent and worth every penny. I needed to rest and absolutely did! Cris was a very helpful and friendly host. The room is spacious, has a private balcony and a table for working. The apartment is located cca 15min walking from the old town and also near the train station. Thank you for everything, Cris!

Super pleasant stay in this apartment, really very beautiful due to its stone structure at height. We feel really good there and we leave it with regret! Close to the center of Galatina and shops. Thanks to Marco for his kindness. I highly recommend.

Thanks to Luigi and Georgia for their warm welcome. We were a group of 4 and were in a large independent house in the estate. Ulysses, the watch dog is a love. Several criteria were important to us: the A/C, the pool, and a car location. Everything was easy. No stress to park the car (Peugeot 5008, rather imposing, which we rented) 8 minutes from the historic center of Lecce, 25 minutes from the nearest beach and 30 minutes from Ottrento and Gallipoli. The big plus: a 1-minute walk to the supermarket. When we didn't want to go out, there was the huge pool, very clean and uncrowded. The setting is beautiful, very wooded. The hosts were responsive and helpful. They intervened every time we asked them. Thanks to them.

The relationship with the host was magnificent, as he was of impressive availability. The place is clean and equipped, with the pool area well cared for. Quiet neighborhood, not far from the center and close to the Salento beaches. We recommend coming on vacation and staying here with all those large groups who want to have fun as we had.

Matino is a charming town & we were so lucky to experience 2 local festivals in the time we stayed there. The apartment is a great base to use to explore southern Puglia, highly recommended

I absolutely loved my stay here and I look forward to coming back! This was the prettiest Airbnb I have stayed at in Puglia and the dogs made me feel right at home. Perfect spot for a couple or just to take in the beautiful garden.

We had an amazing stay in San Cesario di Lecce. Our hosts, Claudio, Anna (and Davide from afar) were absolutely excellent throughout. They provided us with recommendations of nearby beaches and things to do in Lecce, as well as sending us daily updates on the sea conditions on both sides of the coast so we could take advantage of whichever beach was calmest on that day, they even left us a pasticciotto as a gift one morning and were so friendly throughout our stay. Their property and gardens are stunning and all their animals are cute and friendly! They continued to send us recommendations for our onward journey and couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment itself is very big, very clean and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Added extras like coffee and a small basket of breakfast items was a great bonus. If you are looking for an authentic stay in Puglia with a welcoming family as hosts then look no further!
