You can't compete with the location of this apartment. In the middle of everything, within walking distance, 20 restaurants in less than 200m. Unbeatable. Obviously, this means that reaching it by car is complicated, because it is in the middle of the pedestrian area, the nearest parking lot is 50m away. The apartment is well cared for, very clean, the living area is spacious even if not very bright, the rooms and mattresses are comfortable, the terrace is spectacular - small, private, really a gem!! Fast internet, air conditioning everywhere, and the value for money left us very happy with the choice of Debora's apartment. Highly recommended.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Communication with Giulia was always cordial. The check-in and check-out, which her mother took care of, was also straightforward. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description in the advertisement – clean, well-equipped and cozy. We were particularly pleased with the welcome bread and the little things provided, such as coffee, drinking water and milk. A free, locked parking space was also available. The location is easily accessible and is relatively centrally located between the old town of San Marino and the state border - both are within walking distance, although not directly around the corner.

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for two nights, unfortunately we went back to work right away. But it is a really comfortable accommodation both for the location in the center, for the cleanliness and for the friendliness of Patrick. Everything is very nice

Francesco was super helpful. Place was as described. Walkable from train station. Steps away from a laundromat (apt does have a washer a machine) and a cafe pretty much next door. It was perfect for our one night stay prior to our cruise sailing out of Ravenna.

Marianna's apartment is easily accessible and convenient to get to the city center on foot. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Excellent experience. Very clean and tidy apartment. Nicoletta is very kind and flexible with the check-in time. A generous and varied breakfast (all packaged but good), which is not common these days. Very convenient location for those like me who had to go to the conference center, which is 50 meters away and can be reached in a minute. Recommended.

The location of the house is unique, with a wide view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is lovingly designed and very clean. A narrow street leads to the house. The staff immediately helped us find a bike workshop and announced us. Thank you for that. Breakfast was plentiful and with great views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic, but we didn't use it. All in all perfect. Mille grazie!

Sergio was a very kind and helpful person. The apartment is small and basic but very clean and I was able to cook basic meals (there is a gas stove and a small grill type oven, which I didn't use). The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient. The shower is excellent! the bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. I had a great time and used it as a base to visit Fano, the seaside and the hills, all on my bike.

The place was great, clean. The host was kind and friendly. Very satisfied and I would definitely recommend it. I will definitely stay here for my next trip to Rimini. I thank Salvatore for his availability, kindness and sympathy. My stay in Rimini was successful and I am happy with this vacation!

Had the most beautiful and lovely time with Carmen and Max in their family home. The grandparents, parents and sons are all so warm, welcoming and inviting and I felt so at home with them. Carmen makes delicious cakes and it’s like a buffet for breakfast! They will take very good care of you the whole time - giving recommendations, making sure you get home safely and chatting to you even if you don’t speak Italian. This was the best time, thank you Carmen and Max!!!!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

The stay at Gabriele was very warm and welcoming. He was very friendly and approachable and offered a very nice breakfast to an amazing room, as well as the possibility to leave the bags. We would definetly come back !

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Great! The B&B is beautifully decorated. It's super close to the beach. You have to walk a bit to get to the city center, which is not bad. You can take a nice beach walk (1h). If you don't want to, you can take the bus and you'll be in the city center in 10 minutes. The breakfast was also very tasty :)

We looooved Maria’s place and her hospitality and friendliness. She made us the best breakfast every morning! We enjoyed this place so much! It was our favorite Airbnb! The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable.
