Next to Gran Vía (possible inconvenience: noisy in summer with open windows) 3 streets from Ramblas Sabadell and Ferrocarriles-40 min Barcelona. Double bed in bedroom-sofa bed sleeps 2 in living room. There are no blinds, there are light curtains. Bed linen clean but not ironed. From Barcelona airport it is difficult to access by public transport (bus and train)

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was quaint and cool being down below ground so to speak, it was well set up, looked like it was a renovated garage with all amenities. Our host Daniel was extremely accommodating, he allowed us to stay longer on the day we were checking out because our bus to Bordeaux didn’t leave till 22.10 pm in the evening. I’m happy to recommend his apartment as a stop-gap for others visiting Barcelona. Daniel’s apartment is in Sabadell Nord. Merryn Cox

The place is as described. Ariel and Gabriela are welcoming and answer my questions quickly. My stay went smoothly. The bathroom is clean, the bed is comfortable, there is also a big window with a nice view and very quiet - which I really appreciated. I didn't lack anything during my stay. The bus station is 5-7 minutes walking from the apartment. And there is a very sweet cat named Panda !

Excellent accommodation with Miguel, he was always in contact in any situation, in addition to the fact that all the rooms in the house were in excellent condition, the location is good (in 15 min you get to the train station connecting to Barcelona), in addition to the fact that Terrasa is a very nice city for dinner or breakfast I definitely recommend it
