Located in the Itapeva neighborhood, a very quiet place, with a spectacular sunset, reservoir, bathtub and swimming pool, a great place to rest. Nearby beaches include Itapeva, 3 km away, 10 km from the city center (10 minutes by car), 12 km from the beaches of Praia Grande, Prainha, Praia da Cal, Guarita and 14 km from Praia do Molhes. The house had a SKATE BOWL TRACK, a playground for children. I look forward to seeing you and your family :)

Morada da Clau was designed and built with all the affection to create unforgettable memories and unique experiences in total contact with nature.
