The upper part has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The lower part has 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and 1 bathroom. It has a washing machine and a beautiful barbecue area. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. In the backyard, there is a kiosk equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, card table and foosball. And in the backyard, a volleyball net.

The house is approximately 10 blocks from the beach, close to the Bisteck market, an easily accessible location! It has a closed patio and air-conditioning! The house has a beach kit, 5 beach chairs and 1 sun umbrella! In the garage, we have a camera (single) due to the rates of non-compliance with the number of guests!

The house has 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, toilet, kitchen, living/dining room, balcony with hammock. Close to the hot air balloon park, about 3 km from the beaches.

Buses pass every hour on the parallel street, taking you to the center and other beaches you want to visit. It is the main house of the Residential complex, the entire ground floor. The space is not shared with other guests. Complete house (with all basic utensils), ready to welcome you during your stay.
