The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

The flat is located across from the Museu da Agua in a dead end street so it is a very calm and quite area. You will sleep deeply and soundly. We are 10 minutes walk from the Santa Apolonia train and metro station. Central heating and AC.
