The apartment was completely renovated in 2019, has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room connected to the kitchen, with a sofa bed. In the street in front there is a supermarket, laundry and more commerce. It has dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. There's no washing machine and no oven.
