Great get away from the busy city, the place is close to the mountains and beach, which is amazing! It was a good experience.

Let me start with Humberto being a great host! He was very welcoming although we didn't meet, the communication from him was excellent! Self-check in was really easy and convenient. The home does not match the pictures, because it's actually so much better in person. His backyard view was amazing, peaceful and quiet. You really feel the nature. The real Portuga countryside feel. You get a nice private parking upfront. There is also a bus stop nearby. There is a very nice guard dog in the backyard and we felt really safe. He does not even bark. His house is 5-10 mins drive from the beach and we found some really nice place to eat at. You just need some searching and you'll find something. We were 4 and the place has more than enough room. The kitchen was clean and has everything you need. You can definitely make your own meals. Perfect for the family. It gets cold at night, but there's more than enough blankets. Thank you again Humberto! We had a great time!

Alain's home has a stunning view over the Atlantic Ocean. The house is very well organized and has all the equipment and utensils, a large television (excellent for seeing a lot of the Olympic Games in Paris) and good internet. Despite being in a tourist area, the house is located on a very quiet street. The contacts were always friendly, with immediate answers. I highly recommend it.

Ana is a wonderful hostess. She responded quickly and kindly to our messages and questions. Nothing is too much for her to help. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Due to its location, a lot of privacy. 150 meters away from two small supermarkets. In short, we enjoyed our stay in her home.

We stayed with Anish two weeks to relax and surf with our one-year-old son. Anish made us feel at home right away, easily accepted the sounds our son made early in the morning, shared his house, local knowledge about the area, restaurants and got me in touch with a very highly skilled surf instructor. We shared good conversations over a few meals and went surfing together too. The bedroom was cool and very quiet and we slept very well. We enjoyed the house, the view at the sea and sunsets directly from the living room and terrace and went for walks at the beach. The house is located in a quiet village with a few good local restaurants. It's easy to get around by car and reach other beaches and small cities with bigger supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. We would love to come again and can highly recommend staying with Anish.

Sabrina's house is great! Large is comfortable for 8 people. We spent a week working remotely, each room has a desk and the wifi is very good! The house and especially the kitchen, is well equipped to feel good there (speaker, overhead projector, enough pots, etc.) Sabrina is very nice and accommodating! The house is wet and the living room is a little dark but I think this is the case for all the houses in the area. Ribeira d 'Ilhas beach (very good surf spot) is 5 minutes drive away with ample parking

Excellent stay at Ana's place 5 minute drive to Ericeria, Portugal. Soaring ceilings, beautiful views, lots of space, private gated driveway and high end furnishings and decor. We were only 2 people and this home could easily accommodate many more. Gigantic dining room table overlooking the breathtaking living room. Would suggest to owner getting an internet repeater device. It has great connectivity but only in the back office which is the room furthest from the main area and very spotty coverage in the main part of the house. We are online a lot for work and was a minor drawback. Don't miss this home when in beautiful Portugal!

This villa was amazing on every level. We travelled as a three family group with children and infants. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is amazing and the house is designed around it. The house was pristine in every way and Susanna was an amazing host. She could not have been more helpful - catered to our every need. We loved the daily clean, the pool speakers and the heated pool. We loved that the kitchen was organised and provided a huge variety of equipment (we love to cook). We used the BBQ - a refundable deposit needed to ensure it was clean (not an issue). The supply of pool towels and toys was a lovely touch too. This villa was a fantastic base for a day visit to Lisbon. A car is 100% needed but close driving distance to shops/places to eat/beach (within 30 minutes). We would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone without hesitation.

Elsa is a wonderful Host, just like her incredible villa. From the reservation, through the arrival to our departure, we were accompanied with kindness and benevolence throughout this experience. The house is ideal for hosting a large family, or groups. We had an extraordinary stay, in complete privacy, in this vast and comfortable place. The U House has wonderful views and an amazing pool. José was extremely quick to respond to any queries, and was very friendly and helpful. Our group of two families had a great time there together.

Vila Louro was a perfect home base for us in Silveira. We were a family of 12 people and rented the main house off the Vila. Other families were on site staying in the other parts of the rental. This was unnoticeable and sharing the common kitchen was never an issue. In fact, always interesting to meet people from other parts of the world! We prepared our breakfast each day and many dinners including charcoal barbecue. Philipe was an amazing host. He met us up on arrival and provided all information. He is friendly and provided amazing recommendations for local restaurants and beaches, which are 5-10minutes away. Many grocery amenities nearby also. The home is clean, spacious, and comfortable with a wonderful history...just ask him! Definitely recommend a stay here!

The perfect stay just outside of Ericeira with the most incredible view of the ocean. You can walk down to São Juliao beach or enjoy the view from different view points on the cliff. The house has the perfect layout for a small group as well. We didn’t want to leave and I can’t wait to come back!

This is a superb property for a group/ large family holiday. The pictures hardly do it justice and with the pool, padel court, bbq and pizza oven there is so much to entertain everyone during the stay. Elisa provided some great recommendations for the area and met us at the property for check in to ensure we settled in very quickly. The local beach at Magoito was only 8 mins drive away and food at Duna Mar was great so well worth a visit.

We were looking for a place with space for the whole team. It was easy to navigate. Patio with BBQ and Pool. Short trip down to the beach. Something far from proper shops.

The house is ideal for individuals and families who want to relax and spend time in private area in nature. Also Paulo was so kindly and generous, highly recommend it,

Over all The Chill House provided a venue that enabled a really great, enjoyable family stay. The home providing a brilliant space for family socialising, cooking and entertaining, especially downstairs (ground floor) and outside by the pool. The number of bedrooms available allowing space for time out as required. Games room is spacious, although a little more attention to detail would be recommended, for example, table tennis balls being available so guests can play when arrive, the darts board not really fit for purpose. Minor points but would make a difference. Rooms spacious, towels, hangers and bedding clean and available. Again little details overlooked; soap dispensers visible but empty, toilet rolls damp… Outside area enjoyed, beware of uneven ground, otherwise pool, outside kitchen, loungers, dining furniture etc provided an area enjoyed daily. Pool was heated, although this did take a conversation upon arrival as not prepped, although quickly rectified by host.

We had a great stay here. The property was spacious and clean. It was easy to find and the amenities were great.

Gorgeous space, perfect location, and super professional hosts. I feel mixed recommending this villa so highly because I hope to book again and don’t want it to be sold out! But truly it was a dream experience. We had everything we needed and more. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and joyful. Thank you so much!
