Brand penthouse with sea views in a quiet urbanization. It is ideal to relax and enjoy the holidays. The house has two bedrooms, one with double bed and another with twin beds. It also has two bathrooms, one shower and one with bath - tub. The lounge is spacious and the kitchen is furnished. There is a terrace with wonderful sea views. The complex has two swimming pools and jacuzzi. (Opens from June to September, another dates there aren´t lifeguard, it is your responsibility to use) The beach access is from the development. A five minute walk to the promenade of Torrox. One can fine in this area a lot Restaurants, Supermarket, Fish house, Laundry, Bakery shop, Rent a car... It is very near Marina, Waterpark and Baviera Golf. Nerja is near; 7 km and Frigiliana 16 km. It is possible to take the bus ( Bus stop is near, 100 metres ). It has a garage. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each guest's arrival. The change of bed linen includes the inner mattress and pillow protectors for each new guest. The closets and dressers are thoroughly cleaned. Sheets and towels are washed at high temperatures with disinfectants so that they are impeccable and have a pleasant smell for each new entry. My priority is the apartment's cleanliness and tidiness for the guest's utmost well-being.
