Lawn for outdoor activities, two terraces in different weather conditions. There is a barbecue and indoors there is a fireplace to burn in. Two single beds, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed are provided. Laundry machine in bathroom and shower with entrance from outside. 30 min to Kalmar and about 45 min to Karlskrona. Grocery store is located in Bergkvara about 2 kilometers away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony and watch the sun set over the water, or have a morning coffee on the front patio with morning sun. Private jetty with swimming ladder. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage, there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and a raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

The house can be found on the outskirts of the village Söderåkra, between the port towns of Kalmar and Karlskrona. It has a perfect starting point for excursions to the island of Öland, in Sweden's glass kingdom or pure nature. Peaceful location and a kilometer to the nearest supermarket.
