Washing machine in the bathroom and shower with entrance from the outside. 30 minutes to Kalmar and about 45 minutes to Karlskrona. Grocery store is in Bergkvara about 2 km away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

It is in the middle of the forest but still with a short drive or bike ride to the community where you will find both Ica and Coop, in addition to Systembolaget, paint store and flower shop. You are also at a convenient distance to the sea with nice beaches. The house is an old cottage that has been renovated. The cottage is older but with a new, fresh kitchen. A stone's throw away, there is a small swimming area where you are usually alone to swim. If you are a smaller group, you can paddle out with the canoe and swim at one of the islands. In the area, there are many nice walking paths.
