Two balconies in different directions. Barbecue available for grilling and indoors there is a fireplace to burn in. Two single beds, a bunk bed and a sofa bed are available. Washing machine in the bathroom and shower with entrance from the outside. 30 minutes to Kalmar and about 45 minutes to Karlskrona. Grocery store is in Bergkvara about 2 km away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is in the middle of the forest but still with a short drive or bike ride to the community where you will find both Ica and Coop, in addition to Systembolaget, paint store and flower shop. You are also at a convenient distance to the sea with nice beaches. The house is an old cottage that has been renovated. Solar panels for electricity, outhouse, gas stove and water from own well. The cottage from the 19th century is secluded and surrounded by a large lovely garden and a stone wall. The perfect place for a quiet break in the woods. For those who want to be more active, it is close to the forest with plenty of mushrooms and berries, beaches, flea markets and both Kalmar and Karlskrona.

The cottage has 5 beds divided into two bedrooms. With a short walk, you are down at the swimming area, where there is also a kiosk, restaurant and mini golf. Torsås, where necessary shops are located, can be reached by car, about 10 minutes. Daily activities are close by such as a child-friendly beach, boat trip to Garpen lighthouse, hiking trails along the coast, etc.

If you want to swim, the swimming area is close by and just behind the house is a large playground, perfect for the kids! If you're going to discover the city, it is close to Kalmar and Öland, where there are plenty of restaurants and experiences. Cleaning is not included.

Proximity to simpler swimming/dipping is 300 meters, about a 2-minute walk and Dalskärs camping is 5 minutes away on foot and there is a swimming area, smaller pool area, restaurant and pub, miniature golf and summer kiosk. At the campsite, it is also possible to rent a kayak, canoe and boat.
