Washing machine in the bathroom and shower with entrance from the outside. 30 minutes to Kalmar and about 45 minutes to Karlskrona. It is in the middle of the forest but still with a short drive or bike ride to the community where you will find both Ica and Coop, in addition to Systembolaget, paint store and flower shop. You are also at a convenient distance to the sea with nice beaches. The house is an old cottage that has been renovated.
