Solar panels for electricity, outhouse, gas stove and water from own well. The cottage from the 19th century is secluded and surrounded by a large lovely garden and a stone wall. The perfect place for a quiet break in the woods. For those who want to be more active, it is close to the forest with plenty of mushrooms and berries, beaches, flea markets and both Kalmar and Karlskrona.

Loft with two single beds, as well as a Dux sofa and TV. The cabin has a stove, dishwasher, shower and mobile broadband that works 95 percent of the time.

Daily activities are close by such as a child-friendly beach, boat trip to Garpen lighthouse, hiking trails along the coast, etc.
