Laundry machine in bathroom and shower with entrance from outside. 30 min to Kalmar and about 45 min to Karlskrona. Grocery store is located in Bergkvara about 2 kilometers away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

The cottage was finished in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Changing table, crib & high chair can be rented for 20€/200 SEK per stay. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150 meters from the cottage is also a swimming area with sandy beach, swimming jetties and raft.
