Fabian was very responsive to our questions, and also very flexible. The apartment is located in a convenient location, with nearby parking. Enough space for 6 people, be careful attic apartment so for tall people it can be a little uncomfortable in some rooms.

Ervis’s apartment is simply decorated with no clutter. Everything is spotlessly clean with beautiful large sliding glass doors looking directly on the Adriatic Sea. There is a huge balcony off of the living space and a large balcony with a washing machine off of the master bedroom. Plenty of space and great windows throughout the apartment too. There is parking right at the apartment entrance with a locked security gated area. Ervis gave us great restaurant recommendations and a good price on his beach rentals which are directly across the street. The street is lined with shops and restaurants and a beautiful “Lungomare” for walking. So lovely and convenient! We loved this area and really enjoyed his apartment. Thank you, Ervis!

The stay went very well, but what really made a difference was Adelina's kindness and availability. Always attentive, warm and helpful. It was such a pleasure.

The house is very nice, clean, nothing is missing, it feels like being at home... a quiet place, Mr. Roberto was very helpful, very friendly, really a nice experience... and above all the convenience of having an individual garage that takes you directly to the floors without going outside, top... I highly recommend it
