I stayed at Morena's place 10 days in August with my family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation and my three-year-old also felt at home. Morena is a wonderful person, very helpful. I recommend this solution to those who use this solution, especially if you want to experience the sea, which is a stone's throw away. With my mom, I stayed at this place in the very nice Tortoreto in Abruzzo. The host, along with his brother, were immediately very kind and very available to meet our every need. The house is 20 meters from the beach, perfect for those like me who love to spend a lot of time on the beach without wasting too much time to reach it. In addition, the location is strategic, having the terrace in the shade in the afternoon, for those who want to spend time in tranquility in the house. Also very useful is the reserved parking space inside the building, in a place where it is not very easy to find parking. Great cleanliness, super price. In short, from every point of view expectations have been met and we absolutely recommend this apartment for those who want to discover this seaside town!

It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite the considerable delay of my train and helped me with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was not a problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. There was also milk, small cakes and coffee, and a fresh bouquet of flowers on the table. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Gladly again!

Apartment is furnished in a very functional way, clean and equipped with everything you need and even things we didn't expect, we felt right at home. Then the effort made to anticipate check-in hours to avoid being out around during the hottest hours, given the critical temperatures. We just have to thank you for your great availability and kindness. Nice to have a garage for the car. Supermarket and beach within walking distance. The only problem is the location near the railway, we have struggled to get used to the vibrations that were felt at the passage of trains.

Piotr, the host, was very kind and responsive to our inquiries. He recommended several restaurants and several beaches. The studio makes its own, the sofa bed was quite comfortable, the overall cleanliness was impeccable! The only things I would improve are these: - the shower curtain doesn't cover the space 100% and causes some water to come out during the shower; -the induction stoves are comfortable and easy to use, however the hot plate you use for heating is slightly small; - the sofa bed was equipped with two single sheets and not a double bed. Obviously, these small things have not compromised in any way our stay or devalued our vacation! Thank you very much for your kindness and availability, hello Piotr!

Natalino and Marta are special people who are available for any need. Top house, super equipped fully air-conditioned, with TV in every room and large terrace where you can eat in complete privacy given the awnings (there are also in the sink and a washing machine available). The presence of three bicycles and a car park is great. Highly recommended stay!!!

Clean and basic, good for the beach

Our stay at Daniela’s was fantastic, if we were not just passing through for one night we would have loved to stay longer. Next time we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Extremely kind and helpful hosts, always ready to help with anything that might come up and proactively sharing upcoming local events. The flat is very spacious, very close both to the beach and the city center, a small supermarket is just around the corner. There are only 2 flats in the building, so it's quite calm in the building. There is air conditioning in one room, however you can sleep well with open windows in the other rooms. The three well-sized balconies can just add to your nice relax in the evening:) Would be happy to go back already today:)

A doll's apartment. I spent great days with my family. We rested and enjoyed the beach.

The stay was really positive and as we expected from the descriptions: restful and with all the necessary amenities. The house enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and, being located on a hill, enjoys a pleasant refreshing breeze. Just a 5-minute drive, you can access free beaches equipped for umbrellas (provided with chairs by the host) and always clean. We plan to come back next year.

Loved this place, hosts were very welcoming, although there was a language barrier, they were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend and would definitely return.

Great apartment to live in harmony and peace the life of the sea and hill of Tortoreto Lido. Customized for families with young children and teenagers to experience moments of sharing. Great restaurants and trattorias nearby and unforgettable evenings on the long bike path. What about our apartment, as described and Tiziana is always ready and kind to us. Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

The apartment is a few meters away from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have better luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Everything was perfect!

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

It is a small but beautiful regenerating oasis of tranquility and beauty, excellent for leaving behind hectic rhythms and stress. I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.
