Beachfront holiday rental in Tortoreto Lido

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

We had a great time, very nice and spacious house, well connected both from the center and from the beach... Mrs. Paola is very nice and helpful in satisfying us at every request... we will be back

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Beautiful apartment facing the ocean. Very comfortable and newly renovated. The terrace is lovely with a great view.

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even made us find a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also honored us with a can of oil he produced. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Excellent experience!!!! Highly recommended !!!!!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Gabriele welcomed us into his little apartment for seven days: we are a family of three people and, although I consider it ideal for two, we had no space problems. A stone's throw from the sea, a quiet area, in a few words the cure-all for those who need rest and relaxation. We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Livia was immediately active, friendly and available. The place was as described, really cozy and well cleaned in every detail, the rooms spacious and with its own private bathroom a real gem. Very well-equipped kitchen and very spacious and well cared for balcony. If we return to the area, we will definitely relocate here!

This was our second time in Roseto and we got the apartment for a fantastic price. The view from the balcony was unprecedented.. seriously you could stand there all day looking at the beach of the mountains! It was such an easy stay with Lucilla offering her help every step of the way. Very close to shops and literally ten steps to the beach and with such a beautiful apartment, we are now looking to come back again very very soon! I found Anna's apartment really nice, comfortable, well furnished and with all the amenities. In particular, I appreciated the two balconies with sea views and the spacious bedrooms (one with shower included). Anna is an always available and attentive host, responds quickly, with kindness, and gives useful tips to get to know the area better. I will definitely come back and highly recommend Anna's accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment, close to the sea and at the same time close to the city center!
