Thanks for taking a look. This is a three-story house villa. There is a car parking lot. Please contact us in advance as it may not be possible to stop depending on the type of car. (There is a height limit) The building has a separate bathroom (with shower) and kitchen. With floor heating, you can have a comfortable stay in winter. Appliances such as a TV, washing machine with drying function, refrigerator, and hot water pot are available. It is in a great location just a 3-minute walk from the station exit. Nearby, there are a number of commercial facilities such as convenience stores, bento shops, 24-hour supermarkets, coin laundries, restaurants, and cafes. It is within walking distance to Big Terminal Ikebukuro Station, so transportation is very convenient.
