We had a great stay with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the swimming pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sama! Very nice welcome from Audrey and Martial who are also very responsive. The house was very clean and perfect for a family holiday. I recommend it without a second thought so I can enjoy the Basque coast.

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Great place, lots of charm and the different indoor and outdoor spaces are very beautiful and very nice. 100% consistent with the photos, perfect for a stay with family with children or friends. Very good stay. The accommodation is very good, functional, close to all attractions (beaches, restaurants within 10 minutes' drive). There is a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, a small bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed and a sofa bed. Perfect for a couple with or without children! The owner lives in the adjoining house and is very nice and responsive. We'll be happy to come back:)

Very stylish finish. Within easy Ealing distance of several good restaurants. Supermarkets handy if you want to cook yourself. Would recommend to friends and family.

Secluded, wild, green, perfect for relaxing and resting. Typical house, immersed in nature thanks to its large bay windows. Warm and family atmosphere. Friendly welcome, very accommodating and responsive host. As noted in the description, temperatures in the house can be cool in case of rain or cold. Make sure to bring warm clothes! Beautiful home for a great vacation! We were 4 adults and 2 babies and the house was perfect with beautiful indoor / outdoor spaces. Hossegor and Seignosse are very easy to access by car (or by bike). Great communication with Cathy and Cédric throughout the stay, we recommend it!

Very well equipped house in a perfectly quiet location for a relaxing vacation. Geraldine is an excellent host, she was always available and super friendly also when it comes to tips in the area. The house is perfectly located in a cul-de-sac in an upscale living environment and absolutely quiet. We were able to sleep in longer even with open windows without being disturbed. The house is well equipped and you can tell that Geraldine and her family have given a lot of thought about the equipment but also about the design of the garden. You can find sun and shade places around the pool at any time of day to be able to spend a pool day instead of going to one of the beaches in the area (about 10-15 min by car). There were four of us in the house and we felt very comfortable. When we come back to the area, we will certainly ask Geraldine if the house is still available. Therefore, fully recommended.

Impeccable accommodation, ultra clean, functional, very modern furniture, the decoration is tastefully done. The kitchen is so nice. The provision of books, board games or toys for toddlers is very much appreciated. For us, there was nothing missing. It's a charming little house. Congratulations to the owner. Excellent week spent in Tosse, the house is very well located, in a very quiet and relaxing environment, while being close to the beach of Seignosse and the more touristy spots of Hossegor and Cape Breton. The house is functional and well equipped, we had a very nice week with our 3 children. Julie is a responsive host and communication was smooth and easy. A place we'll be happy to recommend and keep.

We had a very good stay at the Poulette house, which is well-equipped, 10 minutes from the beaches of Seignosse by car and close to shops. The exterior with the wooden terrace and the pool is very pleasant. Special mention to the welcome booklet, which is well done.

Beautiful location opening out on a forest full of singing birds. Great amenities in town ie grocery and amazing bakery. Excellent location for day trips .

The house was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Isabelle was a great host, always contactable and even left a gift of pate and wine for our arrival, which was a very nice touch. The neighbourhood is quiet, feels safe and the house is very private. There are so many lovely restaurants within 10-15 mins drive.
