Great place, lots of charm and the different indoor and outdoor spaces are very beautiful and very nice. 100% consistent with the photos, perfect for a stay with family with children or friends. The house is quiet while being located close to all amenities. Available and responsive host. We will come back, I recommend 150%, the whole family loved this very beautiful house with very pleasant exteriors. The living room with the fireplace to end the day quiet is a real plus

We had a great time in a charming house, located in a peaceful area, very close to the beach and shops by car. We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

Chris and Lotte have done a fantastic sympathetic restoration, of a very fine and spacious 1930s house, in a secluded and tranquil setting. It makes a perfect base for exploring delightful local surroundings, or further afield to the likes of San Sebastián. Chris and Lotte are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a very good night at this beautiful country house, ideal for relaxing. The house was perfectly as advertised and impeccably clean. The bedding is very comfortable and the two bathrooms are a real plus. Christelle was very responsive and pleasant in our exchanges. And for evenings without a kitchen, a nearby pizzeria (13 minutes walk or 2 minutes' drive) does the job perfectly.

We had a great time at this charming place. Ideal location in the cool forest. But be careful anyway for those more sensitive to heat in summer, there is no air conditioning and everything is made of bay windows. Also, a heads up to my arachnophobic friends, this type of accommodation is a little challenge. Otherwise, the accommodation is very charming and comfortable, although the two additional bedrooms are quite cramped for anything other than children.

Thanks to Thomas for allowing us to visit Mimizan and the surrounding area. Thanks to his advice, we were able to discover beautiful places. Great value for the price We were able to bring our 2 dogs which is really an advantage. There is a Supermarket not far away if needed. Downtown is 5 min away and beaches are 10 or 15min max. Thank you for this trip ✌🏻

Very stylish finish. Within easy Ealing distance of several good restaurants. Supermarkets handy if you want to cook yourself. Would recommend to friends and family.

Secluded, wild, green, perfect for relaxing and resting. Typical house, immersed in nature thanks to its large bay windows. Warm and family atmosphere. Friendly welcome, very accommodating and responsive host. As noted in the description, temperatures in the house can be cool in case of rain or cold. Make sure to bring warm clothes! Great family experience!

Excellent stay in a quiet environment. The house was perfect, tastefully decorated in the cocooning style and very functional. The wooden terrace and very well equipped, allowed us to enjoy meals outside. It is not excluded that you are making a new getaway in Capbreton.
