Very comfortable, clean and organized apartment. Easy to find and an excellent central location. The only thing I suggest is to change the curtains to dark ones in the rooms, please, a lot of light comes in.

Especially good people, very considerate.The apartment is well secured and there are security guards with guns.There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

Our host communicated with us at all times, provided clear arrival and access instructions. The photos are exactly what we found in the accommodation. Cleanliness, order and comfort. It was a work trip and it was important for us to have a pleasant space with a good internet connection, where we could rest without the hustle and bustle and with everything we needed to prepare for a new working day. Plenty of space and all the amenities. Very close to the center of Xela, accessible to restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Excellent apartment and very nice city

Nice accommodation, spacious and very comfortable. It had everything it offered and we liked the privacy we had during the stay. The host always responded very kindly.

Second time staying here and always felt welcomed :) host is super nice. The AirBnb was perfect for 4 adults and a toddler.

All was good except to meet some difficulty at the gate .

Nice house, very close to the central area. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful! Clean beds with enough towels and sheets. I don't cook in the house, but I think they have everything you need to do it. The only thing is the noise from the cars, but it's something inevitable since it's very central. I would stay again! My 6-year-old daughter wanted to move there hahaha.

The house is very nice, the beds are comfortable, it has a nice atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Excellent service!

the property was beautiful unfortunately we used it for a funeral stay and was not able to use the amenities but the blessing was the entire family was able to stay at the property and they loved it. It was safe and she had comfortable we had a good night's rest after being up 16 hours definitely recommend it she was a great host.

This is one of my favorite places at Xela , it feel like I’m home when I get there . I highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Andrea is very responsive to messages and helpful. The place was beautiful and was perfect to watch the morning sunrise. It is about a 20min walk to town but she gives you info for a tuktuk driver who is also reliable. No issue with bugs or scorpions like I’ve seen in reviews for other hostels/airbnbs/hotels. Overall would stay here again if I return to Guatemala

The pictures don’t do enough justice — this place is absolute incredible and beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Andrea was super nice enough to accommodate an early check in and provided contact information of the property manager, Alejandra who is SUPER nice! She also gave us contact information for a local Tuk Tuk driver that would take us to the port to take lanchas to surrounding villages in Lake Atitilan. Andrea is also VERY responsive to any questions I had regarding our stay. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience and would totally come back 😊
