Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher that was newly renovated in 2020. Living room with wood stove. Fiber retracted. Large plot with nice lawns and only a stone's throw to the sea. On the property, there is also a guest house with two beds in a sofa bed and bunk bed with a wider lower bed, the house is newly renovated. On the property, there is also a newly built wood-fired sauna available

Here you can watch movies in front of a 100" screen with Dolby Atmos sound system. You sleep on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
