This apartment is a former barn located 20 meters from the old port of La Ciotat and 5 minutes from the first beach. With its 6.5 m ceiling, it's a spacious loft. Its large window overlooks a garden: you are in a quiet area and with good double glazing. You benefit from air conditioning and an Indigo parking space in the center, a 7-minute walk away (standard space, height 1.90 m). With us, everything is done on foot: going to the coves, getting bread, going to the restaurant, having a drink.

Situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un petit immeuble, ce logement est complètement indépendant, avec son entrée privée et sa place de parking gratuite devant. Ce loft de charme est dédié à la détente, notamment grâce à sa baignoire balnéo mais aussi grâce à son jardin verdoyant et sa terrasse spacieuse sans vis à vis. Ce loft vous permettra de passer un moment unique, tout en étant à proximité de la plage.

L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions.
