The apartment, classified and starred, completely new, on the second floor of our villa, just 10 meters from the first waves, enjoys a large terrace overlooking the sea. It measures 35 m2 and the private terrace 25 m2. The restaurants and Braudel Park are nearby. It's the perfect place for relaxing or sporty vacants, with plenty of water activities and walking or mountain biking opportunities. It's the perfect place for a vacation as a couple or with kids.

Duplex apartment located 150 m from the train station and bus station, Place de la Liberté. You can get everywhere on foot: local shops, cinema, theater, bus, port, old town. Two large bedrooms on the courtyard side, one closed, the other open. A large living room on the street side. Cabin in a green setting, 5 minutes walk from the beach. You can go on some very nice hikes there. It has a swimming pool and an independent and private garden. It is close to all amenities (2km from downtown). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from the tourist spots. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a common path to our house to access it (50 m).
