Located on the road to the castles, between Chambord and Cheverny, come and recharge your batteries for a few days in the peace and quiet of our house, restored in 2019. On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Half-way between the Loire river and the château

Enjoy an entirely newly refurbished cosy and comfy two-room apartment in a half-timbered building dating back to the 17th century. Located in the historic part of the city of Blois: the St Nicolas area, it will provide you with boh a sense of history and a modern feeling. Known for its picturesque streets and its roman church, the area a nice start to stroll through the royal city.. From there, the château can be reached in a stone's throw and the Loire river flows at the bottom of the street.

Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. The rental is located in the heart of Sologne in a 40 m² house, refurbished and fully equipped. Located on a wooded and enclosed plot of 1500 m2, this will ensure you peace and quiet. Located in the middle of the Loire castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Chenonceau...), next to the Loire by bike, and 3/4 of an hour from the Beauval Zoo and Center Parcs. The rental also includes a secure 18 m2 chalet that can accommodate motorcycles and bicycles as well as a 15 m2 covered terrace.
