In addition you have access to the closed courtyard in which you can park your vehicle Located in the city center of Saint Pierre des Corps, 7 minutes' walk from the TGV train station and 4 km from Tours center. The accommodation measures 70 m2, it has one bedroom and is very comfortable. The entrance to the courtyard is shared but access to the terrace is 100% private. The ACCOMMODATION IS NEW

The accommodation is made of a kitchen, living/dinning room, bathroom and a bedroom on the mezzanine, to which we access via the miller's stairs.
