After 2 intense years of work, we finally made it. We created this cocoon of love for you, to be able to recharge your batteries as a couple, or have fun with family. This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. Enjoy it now 🤩

That special place

Relax in this quiet and stylish cottage overlooking the stables, horses, and valley. The cottage is classified 3*, without tourist tax. Le Haras des Souches is not an equestrian center. The entry is independent of the Normandy farmhouse that I just restored. Located on 4 ha on the edge of the forest. 3km from Pavilly, 7km from Barentin shopping center, on the Rouen 20mn axis, Dieppe 35mn; Amiens, Le Havre A29 The Parking is private, closed by a gate.

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
