Thanks to the bathroom and toilet located on both floors, 2 families can have a very comfortable holiday independent of each other. Amacımız temiz olması ve görüntüsü hoş olmasıdır. Tabi dileyen misafirlerimiz yüzebilir. Villamız kış modunda konforunuz için havlu terlik, battaniye, yorgan ve taşınabilir konvektör ısıtıcı sağlanacaktır.

This apartment is right in the heart Fethiye. It is conveniently situated just steps from the seaside cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Enjoy your morning coffee at a cafe by the seaside. It's within walking distance to “paspatur” the old town’s famous seafood restaurants, nightclubs, and shops. Only a 2-minute walk to Starbucks and 5 min walk to McDonald’s, Burger King, and Dominos pizza. 10 minutes to any beaches private and public and a 20-minute drive to the Oludeniz.

Our apartment has everything you need. You just need to come with your luggage and personal supplies. There are Migros,bakery,patisserie and pharmacy within 5 minutes walking distance to our apartment. It is also within walking distance to the public transportation route. It is 15 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 6 km from Calis beach. The pool is shared in our apartment. We kindly request our guests to leave the house tidy and clean, and to wash the kitchen utensils they have used.

The area is peaceful, but it’s just a 10-minute walk to town or a quick drive to the beaches. There’s also a scenic forest hike up to the abandoned village of Kayaköy. We live nearby and try to keep everything smooth, thoughtful, and low-key so you can enjoy your stay.
