Our Lakehouse sits on the beautiful lot on Lake Hartwell in a deep water cove in Townville off Exit 11 on I85 & 5 minutes from Portman Marina & 17 minutes to CU. This 2-story house sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Lake is just 85 steps to the dock with a smooth concrete path that has a nice gentle slope to it. If you are overweight or in bad physical shape it could be a challenge in two 10ft spots.. Private dock is perfect for those that would like to bring their own boat. .
