Perfect house, exactly as described. All mod cons - loved the smart TV and speakers. Kitchen wonderfully equipped and such a comfy bed. Quiet location but easy to find. Julie quick to reply to any queries. Five stars all round

The cottage was well equipped and perfect for our nearly two months stay. Although close to the A1 motorway, the double glazing meant no traffic noise. Rob was always very responsive and friendly. I would book this cottage again.

Lovely house very clean and tidy, lots of dvds and tv has free view, Netflix etc, very well equipped has everything you need, great location for us visiting Bramham horse trials. Will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at The Annexe for a wedding weekend nearby. Katie was very responsive and helpful with messages. The place was exactly as described. A private entrance to the property made it easy to come and go as we needed. Tea, coffee, milk and even a pack of biscuits were left for us - a lovely touch. Thank you for a lovely stay! 🥰
