Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Toyako, Abuta District

Our family of four enjoyed our time at Taro's place. The personal hot springs (inside and out) were pretty cool and a first for us. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking essentials and utensils. Our kids really enjoyed the variety of toys and games available. The location is a bit far from some of the main activities in the area, but the drives to them were very pretty, so we didn't mind. Taro was a great host and was very receptive any questions that arose. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Our stay with Niseko Mountain Guides did not disappoint. The accomodation was as described (even better) and the location was incredible. The hosts were very friendly and helpful if you need. We will definitely be back!

A very cosy place to stay in around the Noboribetsu area. Yuuyu was a responsive and warm host who provided clear instructions. Would definitely stay again!

The host has been very gracious and tremendously accommodating to our needs. They've open up a very spacious and cosy place to me and my friend. We stayed there, while driving to Rusutsu everyday for our snowboarding. It was a short 20 mins drive. We even managed to drive to Niseko (about 45 mins) away for one of the days. Because we're from a tropical country, on one of the days we briefly commented that it was extra cold . Almost immediately, they brought an extra portable heater for us to keep us toasty. For that we're very grateful. They've gone out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Thank you very much for opening up your home to us!

Unforgettable wonderful peaceful stay in the town of Yoichi. Not a boring town at all, with lots to do if you do enough research. Many hidden gem restaurants in the vicinity. Some great recommendations from our host Satoko. Woke up to delicious home cooked breakfast daily from her also. In addition, she is the perfect guru to consult also if you are a wine lover looking to explore more about Hokkaido wines. Had a great stay!

This place is best to just stay and take in the sorroundings because IT IS BEAUTIFUL! The environment is relaxing with a flowing stream beside the cabin and nature all around. Id love to spend more time just relaxing and taking in the Niseko charm even if its not covered in snow 😊

Reiko’s place was excellent being clean, quiet and a well equipped kitchen . We felt it was larger than the photos portrayed too. It is well situated for daily sightseeing, is cosy and private. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Very good room. Very good host. He is very enthusiastic and helped me carry my luggage to the door of the room. He responds to needs in a timely manner. He is really a very good, very gentle person. The room is as described in the pictures. Clean and tidy. All the necessities of life are available. The location is also great. It is only 6 minutes walk from the subway station. There is a 711 in 3 minutes walk. It takes more than 10 minutes to get to Sapporo Station by subway. It is very convenient!I want to stay here again the next time I come to Sapporo (o ^^ o)

Amazing and well-equipped accommodation. We enjoyed our stay. It was super comfortable and we miss the place already! Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended and will come back again!

I had a comfortable stay with warm, kind, and polite service. There are also attractive shops nearby, and I would like to visit them.My husband, friends, and dog all liked it and relaxed, and I'm really glad I chose ezora. The owner and the owner's dog were lovely.

My second child was born and I came to Otaru with my family for the first time. I was thinking about the accommodation, and I chose a place close to the canal. The host picked me up by car to the station. Thanks to the quick feedback, I came to the accommodation very comfortably. The price is also great and the room condition is the best. If you come to Otaru next time, it's a 300% revisit. I'm heading back after seeing the host's kindness and the beautiful scenery. Best,😀

Exactly as described! A comfortable and practical place to stay while visiting Sapporo. It is also a great location - right by a subway stop and easily accessible to all of the tourist attractions. And very close to grocery and convenience stores, and local restaurants. We had a great time! The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Thank you Hiroyuki and Rei for your great hospitality.

The host speaks good English. The only one in my 17 days trip around Hokkaido. That is particularly important because had problems with paying the car park fee. She was doing everything she can to help. She is also very responsive before the trip. The place feels very much like home to a Japanese, although I am not one. Very homey.

Thanks to Moe for a great stay. Location and views are fantastic and everything works as it should. Do take note that there are many curvy and steep slopes in Otaru, especially if you intend to drive within the city.

Such a beautiful and cosy home—just like the photos! Super easy check-in and the host was really helpful and quick to respond. The slope up from the shopping street is a bit of a workout, but the location is still super convenient. Loved our stay!

In the room as in the pictures, it felt nice overall, except that the comforter in the living room had a lot of no grease stains left behind was a bit of a hindrance, other things were ok, the fridge had simple flavor. No toothbrush provided, no laundry detergent was a little inconvenient😝

I liked that the bedding was clean, the location was close to the main street, and I liked that I could see the canal from the veranda, and the host was kind.

Convenient and clean, short walk to Minami Otaru Station and also a short walk to Marchen Crossroads (with lots to experience and eat!). The view outside was wonderful. We had a wonderful time at Otaru 😄

We loved Yumi’s place. Two things stood out. First, the home itself was very nice. It is on a high floor with a great view of the city. The beds are comfortable. The bath area has a very nice bathtub. And the dining room has a welcoming, rustic table. The space is decorated very well, but is not cluttered. Second, the location is excellent. It is very close to a subway station. And it has both a Lawsons and a Seven-Eleven nearby. It is also right next to a large, beautiful park. We were lucky enough to book Yumi’s place during the Sapporo festival in the park and had fun checking it out. Being an unfamiliar with Japanese and Sapporo, I found the paid parking lots to be confusing, but eventually figured it out. Also the security door to the elevator was confusing. Yumi explains what to do during check-in, but I still had some trouble. Despite these initial setbacks, we had a great time and I would choose Yumi’s place again the next time we are in Sapporo.

A lovely little spot only 10 minutes walk to town centre. Helpful to have a car if you are skiing. Great apartment with picture window view of Yotei. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.

10/10 would come again I initially required about another place managed by H2. H2 suggested a few other places closer to the center of HIRAFU as my original choice was a bit further walk. We picked the Aspect. The good: Location. We could walk easily to the Main Street. Convenience store was a 5 min walk and great restaurants also within a few mins walk. There is also a free shuttle stop out front that takes you around the village. Staff: They arrange everything from pickups from the airport to rentals and lessons. They also help with taxis and shuttles. They also came and refreshed every two days with new towels, empty trash and a quick vacuum. Family amenities: laundry, a deep tub and drying hooks EVERYWHERE. They also provided enough toiletries, coffee, tea and some power bars. Bonus: they gave us a bottle of sake as a welcome gift. Views! Hirafu ski area from the main bedroom and Mt Yotei from the living room never got old. Everything you need for a family trip!
