If you are coming by car About 30 minutes from Toyama Station　　 About 15 minutes to Hachimachi, famous for Owara About 1 hour to Himi by highway About 1 hour to Kanazawa by highway About 40 minutes to Tateyama Station About 50 minutes to Takaoka About 1 hour and 30 minutes to Takayama City About 2 hours to Gokayama by highway You can use the guest house as a base for sightseeing anywhere on a day trip. There are Rakuyukan (hot spring) and Kasuga Onsen 10 minutes away by car. 30 minutes by Toyama Chitetsu Bus if using public transportation 6-minute walk from the Tamuramachi bus stop on Line 41 You can cook for yourself in the spacious kitchen. There are restaurants such as conveyor belt sushi restaurants, taverns, family restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. There is also a supermarket with a full fresh fish section. Please relax in the large tatami community space.

The house is surrounded by my favorite garden flowers and is full of greenery. There are many tall trees around that are 300-400 years old, covered in greenery, and birds chirping at any time are singing. The interior is beautifully finished with favorite accessories, antique stands, retro music boxes, furniture, etc. The room is created with large glass windows, and the surrounding greenery and sky are very beautiful and full of openness. The bus from Toyama Station is 15 minutes. The house is 5-6 minutes from Toyama IC by car, and there are many restaurants along the road. You can get to Toyama Station in 15 minutes to the north and Takayama in 90 minutes to the south on National Route 41. Toyama Airport is 3 km from the house and can be reached in 5 minutes.

It was my first time staying at Airbnb.I thought I was very lucky to stay at Temma-san and Mika-san's house for the first time!The host, Mika, was very kind and large.It was a good memory that I was able to eat with Mika-san and the children in the large fireplace room.It's like I'm staying at a relative's house.We are very happy to have a relative in Ishikawa Prefecture.I look forward to the opportunity to visit again.

I had a great stay thanks to everyone at HOUSEHOLD. I was welcomed warmly by Natsumi on my first day, eventhough I arrived late they were very nice and even recommended a few sushi restaurants and helped me to make a reservation because it was getting late and they were worried about my dinner plans. Throughout my stay, each staff was really attentive and friendly and the breakfast provided was also delicious. The place was clean and charming, and had a great sea view from my room. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway who appreciates being close to nature. Thank you once again!

Staying here is the best decision I have made on my (so far) 3 week Japan trip. This place had the least reviews of all places I’m staying at - but it turned out to be so amazing. The host is so sweet, kind, (very) responsive and helpful. I needed help with understanding how to visit Shirikawa-go, and she helped me understand how to do it. She really did everything to make my stay amazing. The guest house overall is according to the photos and description, and it felt really nice being there. Peaceful atmosphere and everything. If you want to experience something truly Japanese, I think this especially then is an amazing choice. Also, the Wi-fi was amazing! Can’t remember the exact speed I had… but I believe it was consistently over 130mbps. Worked extremely well. This is fairly easy to access from the nearest station - around a 15min walk. I can SO highly recommend this place - and I want to come back here again - hopefully I get to do so soon. Thank you!! ☺️

Kyoko-san was awesome. She was very helpful during our entire stay, and she provided recommendations and advice for activities. Overall, the accommodations were fantastic for our time in Toyama. Others may want more comfort from the bedding, but it was sufficient for our needs.
