150-year-old traditional Japanese house with a sunken fireplace

We welcome disaster relief workers. The water supply has been restored and you can live without any problems. We renovated a 150-year-old traditional house built in the last year of the Edo period in 2022. The water area has been completely replaced, and the kitchen and living room are fully equipped with floor heating for a comfortable stay. The sunken hearth that was buried under the floor has been revived and retains the good old features. The rooms are 2 Japanese-style rooms with 8 tatami mats on the 1st floor and 1 Western-style room with 8 tatami mats on the 2nd floor. Basically, you won't be sharing a room. The two Japanese-style rooms are next to each other, so they are used by one group. Large groups are given priority for the Japanese-style rooms. The Western-style room is a private room that is not affected by noise because it is in a separate building. The stairs are steep, so guests with weak legs will be guided to the Japanese-style room on the first floor. Please let us know how many people you are. We have dozens of board games available to play together. Recommended for those who are considering moving to Habashi City or are interested in natural cultivation. We moved from Hokkaido as a couple in 2022, and we actually make fertilizer-free and pesticide-free rice in this area with many rice fields.
