Holiday rentals with beach access in Trabzon Merkez

We really loved almost everything. The house was spacious, very clean, lots of balconies, luxurious finishes. The host (Adnan) made us feel like this house is home. Very nice and quiet place and close to the airport, only 3 minutes. This is the second year I have lived in this place. Luqman and Muhammad are very respectful and very classy. They provide you with anything you ask for. They have a cleaning service and change the mattresses whenever you ask. This is my favorite place. I highly recommend

Very clean place with helpful host.

The villa is very tidy, it has a very distinctive garden with many beautiful roses and a view of the green meadows and the sea.. Hussain was nice, greeted us when we arrived and even helped us get to a nearby grocery shopping for shopping. The villa is located in high which makes its view breathtaking, but this makes it a little far from the services, but with the availability of a car with you everything will be easy. In the same fence there are two villas, the garden is shared between them, and luckily there was no other tenant and the garden was all ours, which contains vineyards, lemon and other fruits as well as very beautiful flowers.

beautiful garden, a quiet place

The value is great. Great view with large terrace, privacy, everything you need.. Not centrally located in Trabzon but with a car everything is very easily accessible. You can be in the center of Akçaabat in 10 minutes, which is also very pretty - especially the beach with the beautiful restaurant. The accommodation has something of a sweet village cottage, very nostalgic. Accordingly, some things are a bit "old". As long as you don't have a problem with it, nice accommodation to enjoy the area in Trabzon and the view.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay in Trabzon. The nature was very serene and there were great views from the living room and master bedroom. We spent a lot of time just looking out the windows at the view! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I definitely think you need to rent a car if staying here as it’s located quite far up a hill (but only around 8 minutes by car, and it means you get the great views so it’s well worth it!). There were fly screens on all of the windows and deck door so we didn’t have any issues with the mosquitos. Ümit was a great host, providing recommendations in the area. Highly recommend!

A very beautiful place and its views are God's will and the house is very clean and the owners of the house are very friendly and cute, and they have given us ornaments, nuts, vegetables and fruit I recommend it and stay
