Propane fireplace, two mini-split ac/heaters, two tv's fully loaded, full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, loft with queen bed. Covered porch with grill and hot tub, fire pit out back.

We are 2.4 miles to Doe Mountain Recreation Area, ride your ATV from here to there, 15 miles to Watauga Lake, 18.7 miles to Virginia Creeper Trail, 28 miles to Boone, NC. Float the SoHo or Watauga without dealing with Boone. ATV/RV/Boat parking. Enjoy your morning coffee on the new back porch. Kitchen fully equipped. Queen bedroom and king floor mattress in loft. Hang out by the fire pit at night and take in the sunrise from the front porch swing.

Scott Hill Cabin #1

This is our third cabin built by hand. It has a kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave and coffee pot. It also has basic cooking necessities. The cabin has a full size bed. The restroom has a sink and stand up shower. We will provide towels and linens. We are pet friendly, but request prior knowledge. We are just minutes from 2 separate trailheads to the Appalachian Trail.
