everything is excellent, however it is not possible to leave the car inside the building as informed, as there is a revived issue with the condominium that, according to the host, will be resolved. But far more praise than demerits. recommend

The apartment has warm décor, offers comfort, is airy and is very organized and clean. The highlight is in the stunning view of the beach and the bar. The building is close to the beach and the Centro, located in the best place in Tramandaí. It is accessible for those who have decreased mobility, have a lift and an access ramp on the door. Our hospitality was brief but pleasant and quiet, corresponding to our expectation.

The apartment is great in every detail. Alex was very attentive! We all love it and feel like staying longer. It's the best airbnb I've ever been, we'll definitely be back!

Amazing apto, super well-equipped, organized, spacious, airy, with a beautiful view of the city. My Husband highly praised the barbecue. Modern TVs, super cozy rooms, including the beds and towels. Dispunha beach chairs and guard suns. Nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, fruit tree, restaurants.Be near the beach. The host was very helpful. We served super well. Clear and transparent communication. Anyway everything perfect. Me and my family recommend it!!

Everything just perfect, met and even exceeded expectations. However, a constructive review, I think they could put an internet router close to the airbnb for better wifi connection and the shower after a few minutes turned on, the resistance turns off and we have to turn off and turn on the shower again, which gets in the way of the shower. Outside this, it was a great experience.

The courtyard is large in the back, has a space for 2 cars at the front, 2 grills, one outside and another in the house. The q was wonderful p knots because the day of the stay was rainy. We have several utensils available and functioning at our disposal. Even with the problem of watching TV, it was wonderful, we enjoyed every moment in the house and the rainy day. I loved the stay. The house is very nice and cozy. The courtyard is huge, my son loved it. We were made to feel very welcome. The only drawback, it doesn't depend on the host to solve, are the nearby dogs that literally bark 24hs non-stop. Tirando this all perfect.

House located very close to the sea but in a more remote area of Tramandaí, but walking a few meters you reach the area where the kiosks and lifeguards begin. Great place to relax and enjoy without the crowds of the main beaches. About the house, it was impeccable, everything very clean and organized, exactly as in the listing description.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, at Arthur's property! The apartment is in front of the beach and you can see the sea. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, with a structure for the post-spring. Arthur and Alex were very kind at the reception and check-out. I intend to go back!

Apartment very cozy and identical to the photos, local was very clean and organized. The location is wonderful, it is possible to do everything on foot.
