The entrance to the patio is shared with the back house, but that doesn't take away from the privacy because they will only enter through there, the house there is fenced and individual. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, kiosk with barbecue and sink, 2 covered parking spaces. If your group is around 12 to 13 people, you can rent the back house too, in this case you need to check availability.
