Near: Located 22km and 7km of Arouca Alvarenga, known for its superb steaks, beef breed Arouquesa. River Paiva much sought after by lovers of extreme sports (rafting, kayaking, climbing, canyoning). Arouca Geopark, several walking trails, Career Mill, Arouca Monastery, Frecha Mizarela (falling water), Saw da Freita, Pillory Alvarenga. Possibility of meals prepared at home ... breakfast, snacks, typical Portuguese food or something to your liking ... or even a surprise for someone special ... or .. a party Thematic ... the mot is released .. .

Casa do Rio Alva is a very special place with private access to the river! Our country house is located in the village of Secarias in the heart of the nature of central Portugal, 4 km from the village of Arganil and 55 km from the city of Coimbra. Exploring the Alva River from our home is a unique experience, where the following stand out: avocets, bees, kingfishers, crows, swallows, foxes, field mice, frogs, toads and snakes, numerous fish such as bass, bogas and carp, but also trout and eels.

Now, if you want to get to know a genuine Quinta do Douro, located in a place of unique beauty and tranquility, where you will be welcomed by those who put their hands (and feet) in the production of wine, we will do our best to provide you with a beautiful stay. We are in the Upper Douro, bathed by the river. We have this small independent house - the Casa do Losango - and also three rooms in the main house.

Radames is a modern Yacht measuring 12 m long and 3.70 m wide, with all the comfort and safety conditions to sleep up to 5 Pax in the middle of the Douro River. Ask for your quote and with an additional cost of 150€/hour you can book the Radames for tours up to 8 Pax with Skipper, Sailor, fuel and VAT included.
