This is an old farmhouse with a dwelling house and barn from the beginning of the 20th century, with all the charm that can be imagined, combined with the modernities of the 21st century. The house has a beach plot and a fishing dish in the lake, which you can take a swim in, or you can enjoy the hot tub on the terrace right by the lake. The wood-fired sauna is also located by the lake, and the entire house is completely protected as the plot is almost 20,000 sqm.
