In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm Central Station, you will find this cozy cottage. A ten-minute walk will take you to Trångsund's center with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaner, shoemaker and simple restaurants. In the same amount of time, you can walk to the nearest swimming area or the popular café and restaurant Villa Printz. The cottage is located right on the edge of the forest, next to a hiking trail. From here, you can hear woodpeckers and other birds and at dawn, both foxes and deer and hares often pass by.

Within a five-minute walk, you will find a grocery store, restaurants, and a bus stop that takes you to Gullmarsplan in 20 minutes. In the cottage there is Wifi, board games, fully equipped kitchen, free parking (with access to electricity), patio with barbecue. However, no TV. Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

Lägenhet byggd 2023 i en egen del av villan! Tar emot 2 vuxna, och ett barn. Stort badrum på 10 kvm, med bastu, badkar, dusch, wc och handfat. Rum på ca 20 kvm med en dubbelsäng. Alla lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. En soffgrupp och pentry finns med. Du får en kod till dörren av värden ankomstdagen. Ni kan checka in hur sent ni vill. Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

There is a sauna by the water, bathingdock and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
