A modern, well-planned and well-equipped house (from 2021) on two floors (38 sqm) with the sea outside. Magical views through generous south-facing windows. Large terrace with roof and barbecue. Consistent natural materials in a stripped-down Nordic style that blurs the boundary between outside and inside. The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. In winter, there is a footbridge to the island.

Perfect house (15m2) on a lake plot for those who work, study in Stockholm city or north of the city, love nature, tranquility and archipelago life. The house is located on the car-free island of Tranholmen in Danderyd, an island with a bridge now (from November 1 - April 15) and SL ferry (8 min) ToR subway "Ropsten." The house is close to the city, the university, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. The island is 3 km in circumference, has 200 households, 400 inhabitants. Rowboat is available to borrow to row across the strait

Relax with family and friends in this cozy home located in the heart of Hersby. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 2-minute walk from Lidingö Center. Spacious house, built in 1936, with 9 rooms for socializing both outside and inside with, among other things, a playroom, several TV rooms and various places for meals. Nice sunny plot from morning to evening, perfect for play, swimming and barbecue evenings. 10 minutes by car you will come to Stockholm city center for shopping or lovely swimming areas with cozy cafes on Lidingö.

Bedroom, heated sauna by the sea

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Cozy 19.5 m² double studio in Solna, just outside central Stockholm and near attractions like the Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. The studio includes a 120 cm wide bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, and dining area for one. Bed linen, towels, and kitchenware are provided. Enjoy access to a gym, sauna, breakfast, restaurant, and parking, all available at an additional cost. Unwind in the elegant lobby with complimentary coffee, comfortable seating, and workspaces.

Cottage by the sea

Unique cottage on the waterfront. Light Nordic style with natural materials. Through the large windows, you can see the city pulse on the other side of the lake. You can take a morning swim from your own jetty and breakfast is enjoyed on the edge of Saltjsön when the weather permits. M/S Kung Ring takes you to Ropsten and further into the city. In 20 minutes, you'll be at Stureplan. After a match on Tranholmens first-class tennis court, a sauna and swimming in Saltjön are invigorating.

Set in a beautiful area with a crystal-clear lake for bathing just 200 m away, with a nature reserve surrounding it. Sea dock ~700 m. 30 minutes to Stockholm by Waxholm boat, bus or car.

Idyllic Tranholmen is a car-free island a few kilometers from central Stockholm. Have dinner on your own deck, walks on the island or morning swim from the beach 200 m from your cottage. Quiet but close to the big city at the same time. Perfect for couples wishing to combine city life with calmness. It is easy to reach the island by ferry from Ropsten in Stockholm, it takes about 10 minutes. The ferry leaves every hour, and you use te same ticket as the Metro.
