Great stay in a lovely house right on the shores of the lake. We were right next to the public lake access which gave us great restaurants at our doorstep (but was not too noisy or disturbing!). House was spotless and air conditioning worked well. Would recommend for any group looking for a nice holiday!

we stayed for 5 nights and had a very good time. Erika is a great host, very helpful and kind. the Platan beach is very close by car (5 minutes), we were happy we stayed at Balatonboglar, since it's quiet and has a Tesco. Erika took care of all what we needed and we will gladly return.

What an awesome villa Atilla has. 5 double rooms, great kitchen, spacious shady deck under a large awning, large private garden with plenty of shade and a lovely pool. The games area and table tennis is a nice addition. The kitchen is really well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils - something we have found other airbnb's lack when cooking for a group of six. The villa is very close to the lake with access from the rear garden. The lake is fab - we had morning and evening swims each day when it was less busy and play time using atilla's SUP paddleboard in the afternoons. One of the best Villa's we've rented for our family. thank you

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay! Our family (kids, parents, and grandparents) had the best time at this gorgeous villa in Balatonfured. The house is so pretty, with comfy furniture and cool decorations that made us feel right at home. We loved hanging out by the pool. The kids had a blast, and us adults got to relax in style. It felt like our own little paradise. The kitchen is great (we love to cook), and we enjoyed eating outside on the terrace every day and every meal. It was great being so close to the lake too - we could walk to the beach and restaurants in just a few minutes. If you're looking for a special place to make memories, this villa is perfect. We can't wait to come back!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem gepflegten Garten und unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wasser. Fußläufig sind einige Restaurants sowie ein Laden für kleinere Einkäufe erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in einigen Minuten in Siofok. Bei Bedarf kann man auch Bus und Bahn nehmen, was ebenfalls in der Nähe ist. Zsuzsanna ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir waren mit unserer 1 1/2 jährigen Tochter zu Besuch. Auch wenn es kein Kinderbett oder Hochstuhl gab, hat alles super geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, gyönyörű a környék, a szállás kifogástalan, János barátságos és segítőkész. Mindenkinek ajánljuk. :)

We had a lovely stay at this property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic—close to a great beachfront and many supermarkets. The view was absolutely amazing, even better than we could see in the pictures! The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. No issues at all! Overall, it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. So peaceful with the best view of lake balaton, feels secluded but with everything you could need. Host was very flexible and responsive. For those with small children and limited mobility would be aware that only one bedroom on the first floor and outside because of the nice view there are lots of stairs.

Wir waren für einen Jungesellinenabschied in Angélas Zuhause und es war alles hervorragend! Alles war wunderschön und der Whirlpool war unser Highlight. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und als wir fragen hatten war immer jemand erreichbar und hat uns sofort geholfen. Uns wurde auch ein super Restaurant empfohlen, welches unseren aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Wir haben jeden Tag dort genossen und die ruhige lage und die Atmosphäre waren atemberaubend!

Wir hatten das Haus für einen großen Familienausflug gebucht und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr schön und der direkte Seezugang mit dem schönen Garten war wunderbar einladend. Die Gastgeberin war gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich würde das Haus wieder buchen.

big cozy house for 12-14 persons. nice outdoor area incl a pool and breathtaking cellar with sauna and whirlpool. There are no close neighbours and you are totally in the nature. the barbeque is big (gas-grill) and there is enough glasses, plates, cuttlery to feed the whole crew. we stayed there for 3 nights, 13 people in total and really enjoyed the remoteness and shape of the whole house + garden!

The villa is beautiful and very well equipped. It is in a nice and peaceful neighborhood, and is perfect for a family reunion and relaxation if you want to be away from the craziness of the city. The house is about 30 minutes away from Budapest by car, and 50 minutes away by public transportation. The house is super clean, functional, comfortable, and offers a stunning view to the surrounding Buda hills. Betty, the owner, and host of the house, is a super nice, welcoming, and friendly lady. She came to greet us at the check-in in person, showed us around, and explained everything we needed to know. We had some special needs at the check-in, and check-out, and she was very understanding, and super flexible both times. We enjoyed the heated pool, the sauna, the hot tub, and the gym every day during our stay. All of them were super clean and very well maintained. We liked everything about the villa. We will definitely come back here whenever we will visit Budapest. Thank you, Betty!

Unser Aufenthalt in Gergely‘s Haus war perfekt. Die Unterkunft bietet mit seinen vielen Schlafzimmern die perfekte Möglichkeit mit einer Gruppe zu kommen und sich wie zuhause zu fühlen! Der Garten mit Whirlpool und Sauna lädt sowohl bei gutem Wetter als auch bei schlechtem Wetter zum verweilen ein! Ebenso die Möglichkeit draußen zu grillen fanden wir toll. Der Gasgeber war stets freundlich und half uns bei allen Anliegen direkt weiter! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

היה מדהים וכייפי מאוד רק דבר אחד אני חושב שצריך לקחת לתשומת ליבכם שנמצאים 10 נפשות ו2 תינוקות במתחם צריך עוד מגבות שיהיו בשפע או לדאוג שיגיע מישהו ויעשה כביסה למגבות ואולי קצת נקיון אנחנו היינו בנכס ברומניה כל יום היתה אם בית שהגיעה לקחת מגבות לכביסה וניקתה הרגשנו תחושה של וילה יחד עם בית מלון וגם עוד דבר היה חסר לנו מאוד חלוקי רחצה שיוצאים מהבריכה מהגקוזי להתעטף בחלוק מגבת ללכת לוילה או למקלחת נחמד יותר ובגדול היה מדהים נהננו מאוד ושווה להגיע לנכס המארחים מעולים והיה לנו כייף ונמליץ לחברים וכבר שלחנו כמה אליהם אהבנו מאוד

Kisgyerekes családok baráti nyaralását töltöttük itt. Kedves, segítőkész és rugalmas házigazdák, nyugodt és csendes szállás. A konyha kifejezetten felszerelt, a szobák tagasak, a fürdők tiszták és szépek. A wellness részén is nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a szaunák profik. Az udvar kevésbé volt alkalmas a kisgyerekek számára, nagyon figyelni kellett a terep miatt. Ezt leszámítva szuper hely, szívesen ajánljuk!

Das Haus war so wie auf den Bildern, der Pool einfach super, tolle Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. Unser Enkelsohn konnte auf der Wiese herumtollen, extrem ruhige Lage. Das Haus war super, Handtücher, Badetücher wurden bereitgestellt. Im Kühlschrank standen Getränke für uns zur Verfügung. In der Küche alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Badezimmer in guten Zustand, Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden. Das Wohn-Esszimmer war sehr geräumig und die Couch sehr bequem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Csodálatos szállás , kifogástalan otthon, ahol a családom nagyszerűen érezte magát . Illatos törölköző, tiszta gyönyörű konyha, kifogástalan környezet . Imádtuk a gyönyörű kertet , elbűvölő minden ! Visszatérünk biztosan !

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in Pauls schöner Unterkunft. Der Garten ist wirklich riesig und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl mitten in der Natur bei Vogelgezwitscher und umringt von Bäumen und Blumen. Der Pool und die vielen Hängematten sind perfekt zum Entspannen und für Kinder gibt es im Garten Vieles zu entdecken. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man zum Kochen und Grillen benötigt. Paul ist ein sehr lieber Gastgeber, er hat uns bei allen Anliegen sofort geholfen und wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt.

Imre egy fantasztikusan barátságos és gondos szállásadó. Legénybúcsú alkalmára béreltük ki egy hétvégére, amin maximálisan sikeresnek mondható volt! Tágas helyszín alkalmat adott egy 11 fős LAN partynak whisky kóstolónak és főzésnek. Helyszín adottságai okán nem zavartak minket és mi se másokat hangos zenével vagy beszélgetéssel az éjszaka közepén. Imre abszolút rugalmas volt távozásnál, átadásnál sem volt semmi probléma. Maximálisan javaslom mindnekinek, aki tudja értékelni a fent leírt lehetőségeket egy szálláshelyen.

Sve je bilo savrseno. Čisto ,udobno, domaćin jako ljubazan . Prava mala bajka kako su je domaćini i opisali . 10/10 i rado ćemo se ponovo vratiti 😄

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Haus und den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Der Garten war sehr schön, das Haus gut ausgestattet, die Bettem bequem (ja, Klimaanlage wäre gut und Waschmaschine auch, aber dass es das nicht gibt, wussten wir vorher). Edina hat immer und schnell geantwortet. Sie hat uns auch zu einer schönen SUP Tour mitgenommen. Alsoörs ist mit dem Zug aus Budapest sehr gut erreichbar, wir haben kein Auto vermisst. Ein Hinweis noch: der Strand kostet Eintritt, das bei der Planung berücksichtigen! Dafür ist er sehr schön grün (Gras) und mit guten Sanitäranlagen!

Wir haben Anfang Juni 2025 eine Woche in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr groß, sehr hochwertig und individuell/künstlerisch ausgestattet. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten sich im Garten, am Pool, auf der Terrasse, auf dem Balkon oder im Wintergarten zu entspannen. In der Küche ist auch alles vorhanden. Die Landschaft ist ein absoluter Traum, direkt vor der Haustür gibt es wunderschöne Natur (Wiesen, Wälder, Berge). Man kann wandern und hervorragend MTB fahren (sehr viele Trails --> absolutes Highlight :-)). Es gibt auch viele "normale" Radwege, auf denen man entspannt nach Mödling (10 min) oder Wien (ca. 60 min) fahren kann. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 30 min problemlos direkt in der Wiener Innenstadt. Auch mit dem Zug super easy von Mödling aus. Es gibt zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war tadellos, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. E-Ladestation für Autos nur 100m entfernt.
