Great place, very warm hospitality

This wonderful secret hide-away on this gorgeous island has all you could hope for for the perfect getaway. Bright, airy and spotlessly clean, the villa is wonderful. The pool is refreshing and perfectly maintained and just a few moments away lie two pristine beaches. Aimilia is the perfect host: very kind and has thought of everything. All amazing!

We loved our stay at Dimitrio’s place and in Lefkada. The apartment was private and extremely quiet in the mountains. We really enjoyed the cool air and having the screen door open a lot of nights. We came at a perfect time in May. While we were out most of the days we were surprised by having the trash taken out and even on the 2nd or 3rd day the whole apartment refreshed and cleaned. You usually don’t expect that from an Airbnb. So we were impressed with this. From this location we easily traveled most of the island by car. Most mornings we got pastries and coffee at the store at the bottom of the hill and could get groceries for our stay. Overall we loved the apartment, the privacy and location on Lefkada.

The best view in town!! With an infinity pool that looks over Gaois and boasts an incredible sunrise you are sure not to miss this spot. With that comes a very steep ascent to the house so would recommend an automatic car or a confident driver. Otherwise simple (and worth it). Andreas was an attentive host and the outside space is what sells this space. Very easy to explore the island after a morning relaxing but the pool. Andreas will be sure to give you lots of local recs. we will be back

What an incredible place with such lovely views and serenity while being walkable (yes hills everywhere in Paxos but that is why you need that extra gelato after dinner). Eva the house manger was so kind and had a lovely aperitif waiting for us along with a pack of water! The entire house radiated comfort, style and beauty from the thoughtful furnishings both indoor and outdoor to the gorgeous gardens where we picked herbs to add to our dinners and drinks. So many beaches to choose from that are within walking distance of the house (who is judging if you need two gelatos a day to help you through). We had such an incredible stay and can't wait to come back! Thank you Rozenn for a perfect place!

Great holiday experience. Not next to the sea but close to Lefkada and Nidri, in a quiet small and beautifull village whise tavernas are offering excellent food, maybe the best I experienced in Greece.

There are few places in this world so special! The villa was exceptional and a view that we will always remember. Antipaxos is a quiet peace of paradise with stunning beaches and staying here gave us the opportunity to experience the island when the day trippers had left, which was magic. The tavernas on the island offer great food and if you feel like a day trip to Gaios or Lakka; Paxos is not too far away. Barbara our host was the kindest most hospitable person we have had the pleasure of meeting at any Airbnb. Thank you to her for a truly incredible stay. We will return someday. Pure bliss!

We stayed at the main villa for 4 days. There are amazing ocean views from all angels. The villa is modern and luxurious with a huge terrace on the top floor as well as a big balcony on the lower floor. There is also another separate two bed room apartment in the same building but luckily nobody was staying there so we had the whole place to ourselves The host, Sakis was lovely and so helpful. We had some trouble with the hotvwater and he quickly organised a plumber to resolve. The villa is a short walk to the town with shops and restaurants, although being on a cliff, it is a steep walk up and down.. We could easily find parking spots in town, and the villa also had four private parking spots. We had a private walk down to the ocean to swim from the rocks. These are steep steps so not suitable for elderly We loved the pool area with additional facilities, laundry and small kitchen. We highly recommend Villa Oikos. We all had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back again.

We had an amazing stay! The villa is beautiful & well positioned, so close to the beach & in such a special location. There are a few tavernas & shops located within walking distance- Molos was a particular highlight. The villa was brilliant for our family & baby- blackout shutters on the windows & we were able to borrow a cot & high chair. The pool was full of inflatables, plenty of outdoor seating & sun beds, bbq etc. if you’ve got a young family, it is just perfect in every way. Finally Gal & Rea were amazing hosts. They made sure we had some beers & groceries on arrival & went out of their way to help us the entire time. We will be back very soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay & some gorgeous memories

we had the pleasure and luck to find and enjoy this gem of Villa for our stay in Sivota. we have been greated by our amazing host , Barbara who was exceptional. herself, together with Anna ( whom helped us book the villa) ensures we had everything we needed. the place is truly a gem and very close to sivota place. the experience for the 7 days was outstanding,we felt so relaxed really welcomed. warm and cozy villa, well structured with a lot of outside and inside sitting place. i would recommend this to anyone that wants to truly enjoy quality time with friends and family. for us , it was pure gold. thank you Barbara and Anna for being such amazing hosts:)

Magical villa. Exactly as described. Almost unbelievably beautiful. Perfect for a family trip.

The villa was stunning just like the photos and finished to an incredibly high spec. Beautifully furnished with a clean , crisp and stylish edge.The villa is on a hill overlooking Sivota Bay and other islands and the view is truly breathtaking. The outside BBQ and seating area was large and provided shade from the sun. It was hot while we were here but the air conditioning inside was super efficient and provided the perfect temperature. Paul the host gave great instruction how to get to the villa and was on hand if we needed anything. The road to the villa, and in fact all the accommodation on the hill above Sivota , is windy and steep in places and takes about 10 minutes to drive from Sivota . Sivota itself is charming with lovely restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful week staying at Evagelos’ villa in Agios Nikitas. Everything was perfect, the beautiful terraces (one terrace overlooking the bay, perfect for day and evening, and another terrace by the pool where we made good use of the BBQ), lovely interiors and bedrooms, plenty of towels and toiletries and just a really easy and enjoyable stay for our family of 8! Evagelos was really helpful and provided us with lots of information and interesting history about the surrounding area. It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful villa. We had a great stay at Villa Anthelia. The villa is beautiful, and the location and views match the photos. Elena was a super responsive and helpful host, giving us plenty of recommendations and ensuring all was well throughout the stay. Sivota is a lovely marina village with plenty of good restaurants. Would recommend a car if staying longer than a few days to see around the island. Overall, a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Konstantinos & Niki’s place. It surpassed our expectations - the pictures don’t do the space justice! A perfect place for friends or family to hangout as there is plenty of room, with many communal areas to use. The pool and outside kitchen area were our favourites. We were also impressed with the quality and amount of the kitchen items available and the white goods. Niki was so helpful and always responsive if we needed her and gave some great recommendations for restaurants etc. Thank you again.

We should have known it was going to be amazing the moment we arrived — every single detail had been so thoughtfully considered. From the electric gate and stunning stonework to the high-quality curtains and shutters, everything was state of the art, immaculate, and felt practically brand new. It struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort — elegant yet welcoming, stylish yet homely. The pool area was a dream, especially for our two young children who absolutely loved it. Spotlessly clean, perfectly maintained, and with beautifully balanced water — no harsh chlorine, just crystal-clear and refreshing. Nikolas, our host, was incredible — warm, generous, and always on hand with excellent recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and cultural gems. He made us feel completely taken care of. We’ve been travelling the world for the past six months, and this has been one of our absolute favourite stays. We’re already dreaming of returning — it truly was exceptional!

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It offers beautiful views, a lovely swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing break. The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Erez was highly professional, welcoming, and very responsive. We also really appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service, which was a thoughtful touch that made our experience even better. Just a heads-up: the road to the villa is quite rough and takes about 20 minutes from the bay, even though the distance isn’t far. It’s a bit of a challenge each time, but once you arrive, it’s well worth it. Highly recommended for a quiet and well-organized stay in Sivota!

I am left speechless! This villa is absolutely spectacular with breathtaking views. The staff were incredible, very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate, so clean and very comfortable. I loved drinking my morning coffee while watching the spectacular view. It looked as if it was painted, so magical and calming. The distance to mayor attractions and the beach were very close and convenient. I am looking forward to visiting again. I fell in love with this Villa. I highly recommend this place!!!

We loved this villa, it felt very homely. the owners had thought of everything and stayed in touch to check we were okay. Lovely location, stunning views and a beautiful spacious home. The perfect holiday

We had an incredible stay with our 3 sons. The villa was beautifully designed and well considered with amazing views. It was close to town and the beach. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the street about 100yrds away which sells most things. The villa was serviced really well , clean and the cleaners came halfway through. The pool was treated twice while we were there. The furniture was plentiful - liked the outdoor bean bag chairs and the air conditioning was excellent. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us. There were lots of dishwashing tablets and rubbish bags. The town about 7 mins walk away has great restaurants and a few bars and shops. Enough to keep us happy for a week. Local beaches are fab and 20 mins away is a town called Mytikas - a pretty little fishing town with great fish restaurants and cafes. We rented a car but probably didn’t need it as everything is on your doorstop. The agent Susanna was helpful communicative warm and responsive.
