Great location close walking distance from the local train station with local restaurants and supermarket close by, budget friendly base station.

This was a lovely place to stay! Super communicative hosts who made everything very easy. Had everything I needed. Very centrally located and easy to get in and out. Can be a bit loud as you are right on a main road.

Located in a peaceful, almost town-like residential area, yet incredibly convenient for getting into the heart of Paris. We booked this place exactly for that reason, and it didn’t disappoint. The little balcony is really nice.

Laura's house is great to visit Paris, 1 min from the metro stop, lovely French style apartment. Laura reply to our messages immediately and she worried about heaving all instructions we need. Great option for a short visit of Paris. minor comment: small table if you want to eat at home

this is a wonderful apartment! olivier was kind, helpful and very responsive. i would absolutely stay here again. it's in the cutest neighborhood with great restaurants. it's very accessible to get anywhere by train/ bus, and a quiet, beautiful (not touristy) part of the city.

Raoul’s place was a great find for our stay in Paris. There is an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s very close to the subway and coffee/restaurants. He was immediately responsive to our questions.

We had a very nice time at Mohand. The apartment looks 1:1 like in the pictures, it is very clean and bright. The apartment is located in a quiet area and the bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk away. Value is unbeatable. A small tip: a full-length mirror, in addition to the one in the bathroom, would not be bad.

We had a great stay at Cecile’s apartment. We were in town for the tennis so location was great but also easy to get around inner Paris via metro or a long walk. The supermarket is 1 block away so it was easy to shop and get food in for dinners. Kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. The pictures of the apartment do not do it justice as it was much clearer and larger than we expected. They have a house maid that looks after the apartment so it was extremely clean and tidy. 1 bedroom overlooks Main Street and 2 other bedrooms are at the back so they are very quiet. The apartment has double glazing so the street notice was not an issue at all. There are also some fans which were great for the hot nights, although the apartment stayed very cool anyway.

We stayed 1 night with our 3 children, the accommodation was impeccable, the sheets were super clean and smelled good! The place is quiet and cozy, the decor neat and the amenities and equipment are not lacking! We'll be happy to go back!! And we recommended it to those around us. Camille

Beautiful, relaxing, and walkable. I traveled with myself (dad), two high school aged daughters, and a friend of theirs. This was our favorite home away from home during our trip through Europe. It was so peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed! Geraldine and Pascal helped to make the trip easy and gave great recommendations about restaurants. We also did two days in Paris with train back and forth each day. Pretty easy day trips and so nice to come back to serene home in the country. Highly recommend!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. Vincent's apartment is a dream. Entering the condominium with its park and its rose bushes and plants and birds that sing is a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect, it has all the amenities. The kitchen is great and you can cook quietly. The bathroom is very comfortable and the water is plentiful and hot. The bedroom is very nice and the bed is super comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly. Vincent was extremely warm and friendly. Always offering to help us with whatever we needed. It is undoubtedly a wonderful place to make your stay in Paris perfect. It is close to many shops of all kinds and close to Metro and bus lines. Thank you Vincent for your warmth.
