Just 8 km from the highway, Rioveggio exit, and 3 km from the train station, getting to Bologna or Florence takes about 1 hour. You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

The Molinello is an ancient mill surrounded by nature, ideal for those who love silence. It has been completely renovated to make it cozy and functional, but preserving the original features that make it a special place. Next to the building flows the river that in the past operated the millstones, and that creates small waterfalls and pools of clear and fresh water. It is located less than 2 km from the Via degli Dei, and is 25 minutes from the Rioveggio toll booth (the last km is on a dirt road).

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. Independent house on two floors, surrounded by greenery and silence, within a small farm with farmyard animals and the possibility to also dine outside and enjoy the garden in front of the house where there is a small stream and an ancient stone washbasin. The house is connected to the main road, via a road of about 700 meters semi-asphalted and is located about 2 km from the center of the village of Monghidoro, halfway between Bologna and Florence.

The "Locanda di Goethe" is a charming loft located in the historic center of Loiano, a small mountain village on the Futa State Road 65, the beautiful road that connects Bologna to Florence. You can park your car in the shared square. Apartment for the exclusive use of guests. In summer it's always cool, even without air conditioning. Not equipped with a kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (with coffee), kettle and dishes.
