The Buddikate vacation home is a thatched house with underfloor heating and a fireplace, which leaves nothing to be desired. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished. On the first floor, there is the hallway, the well-equipped kitchen, the large living area with sofa and fireplace. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms with double beds as well as a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The sunny terrace is equipped with seating furniture and a large cozy beach chair.

Holiday home large beach shell

In 5 Minuten hat man den Strand erreicht. Ahlbeck gehört zu den Dreikaiserbäder der Insel Usedom. In dem Haus befinden sich zwei Ferienwohnungen. 2018 wurde mit der Sanierung des Hauses begonnen . Ungefähr 120 Quadratmeter groß ist die obere Ferienwohnung. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Für zwei Familien ist in der großen Strandmuschel genügend Platz. Die Ferienwohnung ist kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Verfügt über ausreichend Spielzeug.

Vacation home for 12 people, Baltic Sea with boat and sauna

My place is close to Greifswald. 220m2 cottage right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The tenants have a rowing boat on site and from February 2018 a sauna in the sauna house. You'll love my place because of pure nature and pure peace, no traffic, the waterfront location unique. Our house is good for family and groups.

The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.
