The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

It can also be used as a stopover during a business trip due to its functionality.

We will be pleased to welcome you to this unique and quiet place, located at the foot of the ramparts, a stone's throw from the city center and with access to all amenities, in the heart of the tourist district. Recently restored and equipped with all amenities, also a jacuzzi, you can enjoy a real moment of relaxation with stunning views of the Medieval City of Carcassonne. Occupancy is 4 people. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.
