The separate bungalow is located on our garden property with its own access and of course self-sufficient. 2 spacious rooms with kitchen, shower room, dressing room and large terrace await you!

The Ostseehütte - red Swedish house on the Baltic Sea

We offer our newly built Danish weekend cottage. (Completed in 2020). It's really small, but has everything you need for a vacation; in terms of amenities & well-being. The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

Charming country house close to Lubeck/Baltic sea

The cozy house is an old farm house which got renovated in 2014. The interior is a mixture of French Brocante/Flea Market style (which matches the old wooden elements of the house) with the new elements, yet all rooms and everything is completely newly renovated in 09/2014. There is a floor heating in the bathroom and normal heating system elsewhere. Palingen used to be a GDR border village, so normal citizens were not allowed, only frontier soldiers. Everything survived very charming.

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22Qm/ 1 room apartment. There is a private access to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is a small kitchen, with ceramic hob, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hairdryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, dressers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large box spring bed is also included. We wish you a wonderful holiday

Enjoy a rural vacation with the whole family, friends, or for a bachelorette party in our vacation home "Große Bauerndiele." In the garden under the apple trees, you can relax or sit together comfortably. A barbecue is available! A sandbox or ping pong table is available for the kids. In summer, we recommend a canoe trip on nearby Lake Ratzeburg or a shopping trip to Lübeck! Wedding celebrations are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.

Country house near the Schaalsee

The house is in a very quiet location in the biosphere reserve Schaalsee. It is 10km to Lake Schaalsee, 5km to Lake Neuenkirchen, 50km to the Baltic Sea (dust-free!!!). From the house can be started directly to bike tours, on adjacent hiking trails. There is also a swimming pond on the very natural property. The house is very bright and very quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is also a large easel available. Pets have a generous spout.

The house has a size of 100 m² and is equipped with an opaque and furnished terrace. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house and bicycle storage under the carport. We provide you with free Wi-Fi. Upon prior registration, we will gladly provide you with a children's travel bed and high chair. As well as a laundry package consisting of bed linens and towels, available for a fee and prior registration.

We offer you several private rooms in our house for up to 10 guests. The rooms have been re-decorated in 2016 The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This is your space. A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.

Ideal for a few days off, you will find everything you need (towels, bed linen, etc. everything is provided). If required, a parking space can be booked by arrangement. The large house is bright and friendly. With plenty of space in several rooms, you can retreat if needed. In the very large garden with lawn and trees you are alone and among yourselves. A fixed, detached, lockable wheelhouse has 10 parking spaces, each with its own power connection.
