What a great place. Nice quiet friendly community feel with pretty much everything you need to lay low and enjoy Madeira Beach and nearby. Away from the hustle bustle yet convenient if you want to go check stuff out. Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Thanks John! Oh yeah and you too Dave (Property Manager). You're on top of it man!

Judy’s place is very nice, and walkable to the beach. The pool and common area are an oasis. They house is equipped with beach necessities. Close to downtown that fills with good restaurants. Judy is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, and great communication.

We recently wrapped up an AMAZING stay at The Lobster Beach Bungalow. Everything was as described- charming ‘old Florida’ feel and close proximity to the beach (50 steps). It felt like a miniature resort. We got to meet other vacationers staying at the other bungalows, which was pretty cool. We were even able to enjoy the pool on a day where the gulf waters were a little rougher. There are a lot of eateries within walking distance. We tried a different coffee shop every morning- yum! The bungalow itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen had we could have desired should we have decided to eat in. Too many yummy local eateries for that for us though! We also loved being able to have our fur babies with us, as no vacation is complete without our whole family. We look forward to returning next year with some extended family to experience this peaceful paradise. Thank you, Liz, for creating a place that feels like home away from home!

This place was just what we needed. It definitely met our expectations. So close to beach, bay, and fun restaurants.

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks beach. The Airbnb was just a block away from the beach which was really nice. They were also close to many dining locations and a quick drive to other destinations.

Great space, Liz had all the stuff we needed for a beach vacay! My family stays in this area annually and will be looking forward to returning .

Very nice, quaint home less than half a block from the beach. The home was in pristine condition and clearly refurbished after the fall 2024 hurricanes. Everything was in excellent condition. With the house backing onto Beach Trail it was less than a 5min walk to the beach or the Kooky Coconut, which is one of our absolute favorites! Others do use Beach trail by both vehicle and foot though, so do not be surprised when you see folks walking by outside. The house is right on the shell/gravel path. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house for it approximation o the beach and our favorite local grub & ice cream shop!

The turquoise house was easy to find and perfect for walking to Vinoy park for the blues festival. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was provided. Would stay again!

The most beautiful and well appointed home in the area we have stayed in. Lillian was a kind and gracious host. We loved the location and all aspects of the home. We will absolutely book here again.

Rachael’s place was an absolute gem! The wife and two-year-old son felt right at home, surrounded by many amenities and comforts. The space was thoughtfully equipped with a crib and high chair for the little one, ensuring their comfort during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were two spacious bedrooms. A delightful front porch and a private backyard with seating provided ample outdoor space for relaxation. We were particularly thrilled to have a boutique coffee shop just a stone’s throw away from the house, making it an ideal spot for a quick coffee break or a leisurely stroll. We spent a wonderful weekend celebrating my 50th birthday at Rachael’s place, and it was an easy and enjoyable experience. The location was convenient, with most places within walking distance. We even rented a golf cart, which made it a breeze to explore the nearby restaurants and breweries. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend!

This was a great find. The house was big and beautiful. The pool was awesome! Being half covered allowed us to sit comfortably by the pool even when it was very sunny. The amenities provided were a delightful surprise. We had everything needed for a beach day, for playing/lounging in the pool, for cooking meals and for getting ready every day!

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and couldn’t have picked a better place! From start to finish, everything about this Airbnb was *perfect*—the house, the location, and especially the host. The home itself was gorgeous. It had everything we needed for a girls' weekend! Hey vacay was an extremely communicative host -friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time—even leaving us sweet little surprises to kick off the weekend. It really made the experience feel personal and memorable.
