Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

We were hosted very well by Stefano and Martina. Martina made us very good Italian cakes, they were very attentive to us and our children! We loved this stay with very good tips for visiting the area and enjoying the nearby beaches. The icing on the cake, they had made a surprise for the children by putting a small above-ground pool, especially good at the end of the day to cool off!! Hosts like that are not forgotten!! We highly recommend this place if you want to visit the Cinque Terre and the beautiful city of La Spezia! We will come back to this place without hesitation. Clelia's apartment is absolutely awesome! Modern, clean and tastefully furnished. The location could hardly be better: in a quiet side street two minutes from the city center. The landlady is also extremely friendly and always available. We received many valuable tips from her. It's a shame we were only there for one night - and even Clelia advised us against it. She had rightly recommended a longer stay. 😅 If you want to explore the underrated Sarzana or take the train to Cinqueterre, you can't do better than Clelia's little paradise. We will definitely come back! 😍

Clean apartment and good location, tastefully decorated. You feel a positive wave when you enter it. The welcome by Linda's brother (who was unavailable on the day of our arrival) was warm and friendly. During our stay, Linda was pro-active by checking in with us, apologizing for the week's bad weather (!), etc. The day we checked out was like leaving a longtime friend. Linda is warm, calm, calm, and smiling. She drove us to La Spezia station so we could arrive in time and jump on our train. We will return to Lerici and will stay in this apartment again.

It was really lovely to stay at Ancola. Very cute little town, not to busy and loud. Sofia was easy and friendly, always quick to respond! We visited Cinque Terre, and happy we didn’t stay there. There were also a few hidden beaches we could quickly drive. 100% worth and recommend :)

The host was flexible with check in time which was amazing. Their home was very clean. The balconies are gorgeous and we enjoyed our morning coffee while relaxing on it. The best part was the bed. Full linens, comfortable pillows and soft, plump bed along with a duvet. Probably the best sleep I had while visiting Italy. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and will recommend same to my friends and family.

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Thanks to Renzo and Isabel's family! We spent quiet days in their comfortable and quiet home. All the necessary equipment for the holiday was present. They are very hospitable and kind people. I recommend it!
