Room was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Service was friendly and the royal breakfast stood out as a wonderful amenity- it was plentiful and a super start to the day. We would happily stay there again.

Had a great stay at the icy hotel. Room was very clean and aircon worked superbly. Was a nice terrace out back to relax in also. We arrived early but toni and anita were happy for us to leave our luggage with them untill the room was ready. They were also very helpfull and answered any questions we had and sorted out transfer from airport to accomodation and taxi to ferry when we were leaving. Would definitely recomend and wouldnt hesitate to book again if we come back to dubrovnik. ☺

The room was lovely and clean with a smart bathroom. Right on the seafront had a great breakfast by the water. They were perfect hosts with some great advice about where to go and spoke perfect English. They sorted out all the admin- tourist tax & location registration making the stay really easy.

What a beautiful boutique hotel- it was our favourite stay in our 3 weeks in Croatia! This little palace could not be classier or more charming with many tiny touches of wonderful details! Great beds and linens and a good shower. Sonja and Antonio fill the place with care and friendly attention- such warm hosts, we miss them already. Sonja whips up a big, fluffy omelette and lots of fresh fruit for breakfast. If you are planning a trip to Ston this is the place to stay. I want to come back to Croatia just to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Despite our late arrival at night (due to flight delay) we were warmly welcomed and received tips for excursions the next day. Breakfast was delicious and extensive! The beach and nice restaurants are directly accessible.

Palazzo Sbutega hotel is a wonderful peaceful and comfortable place to stay just a short drive from Kotor. Nigel the host was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Myself and my partner felt very welcome and we made use of the lounge and also the wonderful garden and the pool. We felt so at home! There is also a very tasty breakfast with homemade granola and locally made jam and honey, this was also an opportunity to meet the other guests and share tips about the local area. The location is beautiful, right on the water front where you can have a swim in the sea or catch one of the boat tours. There are also scenic local walks from the hotel as well as being within easy reach of Kotor or a short bus ride to Tivat. Nigel and his team offered helpful suggestions around restaurants and also tours and we would highly recommend the wine tasting in a family run vineyard. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect—just a few kilometers outside the city, offering a serene escape by the river. The peace and quiet were truly refreshing, and the pool was a delightful bonus. The room itself was clean, new, and functional, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had an amazing week at Hotel Seventh. Ana and her family are such lovely, hospitable hosts and couldn’t have done more for everyone. The hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. You are only a short walk (downhill) into the centre, but the stunning balcony views make the walk back up the hill worthwhile!! Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Cavtat. Thank you, Ana and family!

The hotel is so clean, modern and well located. It’s a short (5 minute) walk into town and to the beaches. The pool area is great and the views are amazing! The staff are always on hand to help with anything that you need. We had such a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Nigel was the most welcoming host, who always made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips for things to do and see in Kotor. When we arrived it felt like coming home, he was so interested and heart-warm for his guests. His place was super nice, clean and trendy. Every detail about his place was perfection and style! The breakfast was lovely, and his private dock was amazing for taking a swim or enjoying the sun. This place is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed at, so definitely worth your while. The view was spectacular, so close to the good, we didn't stay in the crowds of kotor and budva, we felt like we were at home. The enjoyment of the balcony enjoyable, despite the priceless weather, our breakfast and dinner on the balcony are already good holidays

We had a great day, the apt was perfect, right next to the little private pontoon from where there is a beautiful view. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Stoliv is a nice village, very beautiful and not too crowded, don’t miss upper Stoliv from where you can get a great view!
